The Kant-Garagenpalast was originally built as a multi-storey car park in 1930. This landmark and prime example for the Neue Sachlichkeit is located on Charlottenburg’s Kantstrasse, right in Berlin’s gastronomical epicenter.

The landmark is the second oldest multi-story car park in the world and protected for its outstanding characteristics, that include an early steel and concrete construction technique with a double helix ramp, curtain wall facing construction and individual car boxes.

The core refurbished was completed in 2022 and the ground floor plus five floors were converted into modern office spaces and penthouse aprtment on top.  The unites are fitted with air-conditioning, sprinklers, flexible IT infrastructure, bathrooms with showers on every floor, Kitchenette installations on every floor, concrete floor, two elevators and underground parking.
