Seating: The event loft is rented empty, so everyone can create their own world for product shows, car shows, stage worlds, exhibitions/trade fairs, or even classic seating arrangements, such as standing with stage and catering / theater with stage and catering area / banquet with stage and catering area / parliamentary with stage and catering area.

Welcome to a piece of architectural history
The Kantgaragen in Charlottenburg are not only an extraordinary event location—they are an architectural gem from the interwar period and the oldest preserved multi-story parking garage in Europe with a double spiral ramp/helix.
Built in 1929–1930 in the New Objectivity/Bauhaus style, the listed Kant-Garagenpalast combines industrial elegance with timeless modernity. As the world’s only multi-story parking garage with a curtain wall and the only one in Germany with almost completely preserved authentic features, the building offers an incomparable atmosphere for events with character.
The heart of the location: the double spiral ramp is not only an architectural masterpiece, but also becomes a spectacular stage for your event. Use it as a gallery space, catwalk, or for spectacular product presentations—vehicles can drive directly into the event areas.

Ramps/Helix
The ramp area—the former driveways—is fascinating thanks to its unique double helix, one of which can still be used for car driveways, catwalks, running tracks, sports presentations, exhibitions, and much more.
